- upload your next 70.3 or 140.6 run leg (ask for a friend who did it before, thank you Marvin Clyde Draper)
- simulate how fast your runoff would be at 78% – 85%, depending on your fitness level and your bike fitness
- at 78% or 235w, the athlete would be able to complete a runoff marathon at 3:45
- at 85% or 255w, the athlete would be able to complete a runoff marathon at 3:26
